| Mr. Willie Thomas (Jack) Spradlin passed away Sunday, December 11, 2011, at his home in the Capel Community of Grady County. A memorial service in his honor will be held at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 13, 2011, at the Church of Christ in Cairo, Georgia. Minister Art Wilson and Minister Harold King will be officiating. Willie Thomas (Jack) Spradlin was born July 12, 1935, in Moultrie, Georgia, to Thomas Carl and Eula Pearl Culpepper Spradlin. Mr. Spradlin served in the U. S. Army. He retired from Crown Zellerback Paper Company as a foreman in the Office Products Division. He was a member of the Cairo Church of Christ. He will be remembered as a good man, who loved people. He was always considerate of others. Jack is survived by his wife, Ruby E. Osborne Spradlin, and multiple step children. The family so appreciates the care given by Barbara Hatcher. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations are made to Hospice of Southwest Georgia, 808 Gordon Avenue, Thomasville, Georgia 31792. |
