Mr. James “Kermit” Worley, Sr. of Cairo, Georgia, age 85, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019. He chose to donate his body to science, no service will be held at this time. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Kermit was born October 16, 1934 to the late Levy and Kathryn Worley. He was an auto body repairman and painter. In the trade, he was known as “one of the best”. Until about 6 months ago he worked with this special friend, Hoppy Hopkins, doing minor repair work. Kermit loved his work and loved to fish.

Kermit Worley is survived by a son, James K. Worley, Jr. (Ginny) of Alligator Point, Florida and their daughter, Jordan Worley, in the United States Air Force serving in Japan; and his sisters, Barbara Laney, Kay Worley, and Martha Bell. He had many extended family members.
