I am so sorry for your loss. The death of a loved one is something that we all face. Sometimes we may wonder what happens when we die, what is the condition of the dead, and whether there is a hope for the dead. The Bible gives us the answer to all of these questions at Genesis 3:19; Ecclesiastes 9:5 ,10; and Acts 24:15. I hope these scriptures give you comfort.

I am very sorry for your loss. Although all lost is not lost forever. Jesus at Lazarus' death likened it to sleep. John 11:11 he did so to help his disciples understand that that is really what death is, a deep sleep. What is wonderful though is that God almighty has given authority and power to Christ to awaken those asleep in death. John 5:28,29 it will take patience but his promises never fail they will be fulfilled. May the scriptural hope give you comfort and peace knowing mankind has a hope.

Dennis, Joye & Family, We are sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. It doesn't matter her age, it hurts your heart to let go of them. As a Christian you know you will see her again one day. Until then, may you have peace in knowing she is whole again and safe with her Lord above.
